10|Apr|2010 1I’ve recently hosted at hostgator for 6 months under their baby plan. This was before they required 1 year purchases or monthly purchases. Over such time I was very new to hosting and creating web pages. All I can say is that Host Gator support was optimal. They were very friendly and helpful even with the most annoying questions and trust me I had quite a few of those. Their support always responded professionally, quickly and best of all their replies were well informed. You could tell their support knew what they were talking about or at least in my experience. From all my support tickets I’ve rated it 10/10. In my experience their respond time was around under 1 hour and it wasn’t those one sentence responds either it was well written responses. If you’re new or just looking for great service and support from my experience I can tell you that Host Gator definitely has it. So far from all the hosting I’ve hopped around I’ve never found another host which such great and excellent support. Moving on their server speeds are also very fast and their control panel is Cpanel which is a very easy and navigational control panel with fantastico this is what someone who is starting out would be looking for. And even if you’re experienced I’m sure you’ll find their hosting very pleasing. I sure did!
Overall I would rate their service a 10/10!
